Michael Arnatt, PsyD

Clinical Neuropsychologist

Michael Arnatt, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in neuropsychology, with experience across diverse outpatient and inpatient medical settings. He is dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes and believes that comprehensive neuropsychological assessment and personalized care go hand in hand. Dr. Arnatt earned his Doctor of Psychology degree from Alaska Pacific University and also holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Science in Technology. Following his doctoral studies, he completed a one-year fellowship in clinical psychology and then underwent two years of postdoctoral training in clinical neuropsychology under the mentorship of Elkhonon Goldberg, PhD.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Arnatt teaches and conducts research on improving the accuracy of results through hybrid modeling frameworks and the role of continuous data sampling in neuropsychology. Dr. Arnatt maintains professional memberships with multiple organizations including the American Psychological Association (Division 22), the National Academy of Neuropsychology, and the American Academy of Pediatric Neuropsychology.

Olivia Wilkerson, PsyD

Postdoctoral Fellow in Neuropsychology

Dr. Wilkerson was raised in Kansas, where she earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in clinical psychology from Emporia State University. In 2021, she relocated to Arizona to pursue her doctorate in psychology, which she completed in 2026 at Midwestern University's Glendale campus.

During her final year of training, Dr. Wilkerson came to Alaska to complete her predoctoral internship at the Alaska Psychiatric Institute and fell in love with the state's natural beauty. Having maintained a strong interest in neuropsychology throughout her education, she is thrilled to continue her training in Alaska as she completes her two-year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology under the supervision of Dr. Arnatt at NeuroWest Neuropsychology.

Dr. Wilkerson is dedicated to providing personalized care and comprehensive evaluations to each of her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys berry picking, hiking, exploring new places, and spending time with her fiancé and their two beloved pets.
